Sir,
I placed an order for a few books with the ABC publishing house, ABC state. I regret to say that the books you have sent, have not matched to my order. I mean to say that books are not required by me.
Let me tell you that the books ordered are indispensable. They are standard books on Physics, Maths, chemistry and Biology. I am an aspirant for both either in IIT or AMIS. I feel quite handicapped without the books. In fact my position is like a fish out of water while I seat on my table to read. It is adversely affecting my studies. It deserves to be mentioned here that all the competitive examinations are approaching very fast. I need to go through the text books. Please arrange for the prompt dispatch of the ordered books at the earliest. If I don't get the order books I will knock and the the door of consumer protection act for redressal.
I hope you will realise the matter. Waiting for the earliest action.
