Dear sir,

                 I purchased a mobile phone from the phone point, Agartala on 25th November 2020. I am constrained to express my resentment and dismay because the mobile phone become soon a great irritant for me. The phone instrument developed a problem with in a month of its purchase. The sound is quite jarring and sometimes even inaudible. I feel handicapped in having a clear and peaceful talk with my friends and acquaintances. In spite sending two reminders, you have not shown any interest or urgency in the matter. It really quite unexpected and unfortunate. The phone point enjoys a good reputation and Good will among its customers. That deals go against your established name and fame.

                   I hope you to rectify the defect of the earliest. If it is not possible then replace the defective set.
